Foreign-born with two foreign-born parents with more than two years of stay since the first date of residency who are in secondary (ISCED 3+4) or tertiary education (ISCED 5-8). Foreign-born with native-born adoptive parents are excluded.

The frequency is calculated by dividing the amount of enrolled students in a given group by the total population in the group. Example: Frequency Enrolled students upper secondary education, age 16-19 = (16-19 enrolled in upper secondary education) / (Total 16-19 population). Percentages or frequencies are produced with a base of a minimum of 50 individuals per cell.

Country background: Foreign-born with two foreign-born parents = their own country of birth. Descendants = mother's country of birth, or father's country of birth if mother's is unknown. Rest of the population = Reporting country i.e. one or both parents' country of birth is the reporting country.

Level of education: International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) of 2011: http://uis.unesco.org/sites/default/files/documents/international-standard-classification-of-education-isced-2011-en.pdf
